Job summary

AIOS seeks an ambitious Ambassadors Lead to scale Bolt Pharmacy’s ambassador program globally. You will recruit quality creators, coach high performers, and optimize campaigns to lift views and engagement across Bolt’s social channels.

You’ll collaborate with creative and performance teams, ensure compliant content, and push for data-driven, viral growth. This fully remote, async role reports to Erin and offers equity potential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in social media with a real feel for TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Roster Management: 1+ year managing creators, ambassadors, affiliates, or influencers.
• Campaign Management: Run campaigns end to end with briefs, execution, measurement and iteration.
• Content Editing: Basic instincts to guide creators via briefs.
• Ownership: High ownership and fast action in a lean team.
• Systems Fluency: Thinks in systems, comfortable with tools, dashboards and automations.
• Communication: Clear, structured requests and feedback loops with technical teams.
• Data-literate: Comfortable reading performance data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Program: Recruit quality creators, coach performance, and replace underperformers.
• VIP Collabs: Host bi-weekly 1:1s with top performers on trend execution.
• Oral Wegovy: Use ambassador reach to make Bolt the UK's #1 destination for oral Wegovy.
• Broaden reach: Recruit creators representing under-indexed communities and craft relatable stories.
• Whitelisting: Partner with Performance Team to whitelist content while ensuring compliance.
• Evaluation loop: Feed performance data back into briefs and coaching.
• KPI ownership: Own ambassador contribution to the 30d views KPI across platforms.
• Automation stack: Run program via existing sourcing, tracking, whitelisting and attribution tools.
