Job summary

Responsibilities

• Representing your brand positively
• Developing social media strategies to promote your brand and its offerings
• Creating promotional content, such as videos, photos, blog posts and advertisements
• Informing and educating customers about the brand and product features
• Monitoring key metrics on social media, blog platforms and ad networks, such as impressions and the click-through rate (CTR)
• Discussing your brand with audience members
• Attending promotional events, such as product launch parties or pop-up shops
• Collaborating with your marketing team about themes, content ideas and product positioning
• Reporting on conversion rates, engagements and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
