AIOS, a fast-growing AI health company, seeks an Ambassadors Lead to turn creator content into revenue-driving views for Bolt Pharmacy and the UK market. You will own the ambassador program end-to-end, recruiting creators, briefing them, and coaching top performers.

You will collaborate with the AI Growth team to ensure compliant, high-impact content while pushing for viral growth across TikTok and Instagram.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media with TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Experience managing creators, ambassadors, or influencers (1+ year).
• Campaigns end-to-end: briefs, execution, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Grow the ambassador program end-to-end: recruit creators, coach, and optimize performance.
• VIP Collabs: bi-weekly 1:1s with top ambassadors on trend execution.
• Oral Wegovy campaigns: expand Bolt's reach and engage under-indexed communities.
• Whitelisting: partner with Performance Team for compliant content.
• Evaluate performance: replace underperformers with high-potential creators.
• KPI ownership: ambassador contribution to 30d views across social platforms.
• Automation: run the program with sourcing, tracking, and attribution systems.
