Huzzle.com is seeking a high-energy Organic Content Marketer to own the growth engine for educators and experts in the creator economy. This is a growth architect role, turning deep expertise into scroll-stopping content that drives revenue across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.

You will test, build, and scale content strategies with founders who have built $50M+ brands, in a fully remote, fast-moving environment that rewards impact and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Organic Content Marketer to own the growth engine for some of the most influential educators and experts in the creator economy. This is not a role for a "social media manager" who just posts updates; this is a role for a growth architect who understands how to turn deep expertise into scroll-stopping content that drives millions in revenue. Working directly with founders who have built $50M+ brands, you will have the freedom to test, build, and scale content strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube to turn organic audiences into predictable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Own the end-to-end organic strategy for partner brands, focusing on moving prospects from top-of-funnel authority to bottom-of-funnel conversion
• Content Creation: Script and storyboard short and long-form video content, write high-converting copy, and design visual assets like carousels and thumbnails using Canva
• Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor high-level creator trends and platform shifts to maintain a pipeline of fresh, high-performing content angles
• Lead Generation: Build and grow email lists, craft newsletters, and deploy ManyChat automations (comment-to-DM) to capture and nurture leads
• Leveraging Technology: Utilize AI systems to accelerate research, scripting, and design workflows without sacrificing brand voice or quality
• Data-Led Iteration: Track performance metrics across all channels to identify what works, why it works, and how to scale it

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience growing organic social channels and personal brands, specifically for creators, educators, or experts
• Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Strategic Writing: Exceptional copywriting skills with a focus on hooks, storytelling, and direct response
• Creative Eye: Hands-on design ability in Canva and a strong understanding of video storyboarding
• Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable reading data and using insights to pivot or double down on content strategies
• Self-Starter Mentality: You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments and can own the organic engine with minimal hand-holding
