Job summary

Surge Group is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Lead to aggressively scale our affiliate acquisition channel, with a mandate to 3x current volume within 6 months.

You will own affiliate and influencer acquisition end-to-end, onboard onto Affise/AppsFlyer, and manage performance while partnering with the CMO to shape strategy. This role includes light people management and a fast-paced, high-impact growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling affiliate/influencer volume with measurable before/after results.
• 4–6+ years managing affiliate programs.
• Hands-on experience with a major affiliate tracking/attribution platform (Affise & AppsFlyer).

About the Opportunity

Surge Group is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Lead to aggressively scale an affiliate acquisition channel, with a mandate to 3x current volume within 6 months.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll take full ownership of affiliate and influencer acquisition, partner performance, and channel strategy - a high-impact growth role for someone who thrives on fast decisions, aggressive outreach, and building a channel from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing book.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and scale the affiliate and influencer acquisition channel end-to-end.
• Onboard onto the tracking stack (Affise/AppsFlyer) and run a full ROI audit of the existing partner portfolio.
• Build outreach pipelines and sign new affiliates and influencers.
• Manage partner performance, cutting underperformers quickly to reinvest in new signings.
• Run influencer marketing programs as a core growth lever alongside affiliate acquisition.
• Work directly with the CMO on channel strategy and growth targets.
• Take on light people management (1 direct report), growing the team as the channel scales.

What We're Looking For

• Verifiable track record of scaling affiliate/influencer volume, with concrete before/after numbers — not just managing or optimizing an existing book.
• Crypto or fintech industry experience (strong performance-marketing backgrounds in other regulated industries, e.g. iGaming, considered if the growth track record is genuine and provable).
• 4–6+ years managing affiliate programs specifically, rather than general performance or paid media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with a major affiliate tracking/attribution platform (team uses Affise and AppsFlyer).
• Direct, hands-on experience running influencer marketing programs.

Preferred Experience

• Additional languages.
• General compliance/fraud awareness in affiliate marketing.
