Job summary

Lago Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join a remote team serving clients in eCommerce, including Amazon policy compliance and regulatory alignment.

You will research laws and policies, draft Plans of Action, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues while maintaining brand standards and safeguarding confidential information. Schedule is 9AM–5PM Eastern Time; location is remote (Philippines).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Up to two years of regulatory/compliance experience; eCommerce/digital content preferred.
• Able to clearly communicate regulatory matters.
• Able to read, understand, and interpret compliance language.
• Maintains confidentiality and uses sound judgment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Research laws and regulations related to advertising, labeling, and selling consumer goods in interstate commerce.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve compliance issues.
• Draft Amazon appeals, Plans of Action, and other documents under supervision.
• Communicate regulatory requirements concisely to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prevent future compliance issues.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and legal requirements.
