Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented specialist focused on Amazon catalog research and product data management. You will verify ASINs, ensure accurate product matching, and input data into our purchasing system to list items on Amazon Seller Central.

Ideal candidates excel at handling large Excel spreadsheets, maintaining accuracy across hundreds of SKUs daily, and communicating clearly in written English. Primary focus remains catalog research, not marketing or account management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon product catalog and ASIN mapping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to process large supplier catalogs with high throughput.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplier price sheets (Excel, CSV, PDF).
• Search products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brand names, or titles.
• Find and verify the correct ASIN.
• Confirm product matches (size, color, pack count, images, UPC).
• Enter product data into internal purchasing system and list items on Amazon Seller Central.
• Enter supplier costs, case packs, and other product information.
• Identify duplicate ASINs, incorrect matches, missing listings and catalog inconsistencies.
• Process large catalogs efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Job description

We are looking for someone whose main strength is Amazon catalog research and product data management. Our workflow is very different from managing an Amazon store.

The candidate's daily responsibilities will include:

• Receiving supplier price sheets (Excel, CSV, PDF)
• Searching products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brand names, or product titles
• Finding and verifying the correct ASIN
• Confirming that the product matches exactly (size, color, pack count, images, UPC, etc.)
• set up products into our internal purchasing system, which then lists the items on our Amazon Seller Central account
• Entering supplier costs, case packs, and other product information
• Identifying duplicate ASINs, incorrect matches, missing listings, and catalog inconsistencies
• Processing large supplier catalogs efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong experience working with Amazon's product catalog
• Excellent research and attention to detail
• Experience matching products to existing ASINs
• Ability to work with large Excel spreadsheets
• Experience processing hundreds of SKUs per day
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy
• Excellent written English
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred, but their primary focus should be catalog research and product matching rather than marketing or account management.
