Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented specialist focused on Amazon catalog research and product data management. The role centers on ensuring accurate product listings rather than store management, with a heavy emphasis on data integrity and precise ASIN matching.

You will handle supplier price sheets, catalog items, and large Excel files, verifying every attribute (UPC, size, color, pack count) and entering data into our internal system to reflect on Seller Central.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon’s product catalog management and data accuracy.
• Ability to verify ASIN matches and entry of supplier costs and packaging data.
• Proficient in handling large Excel spreadsheets and bulky supplier catalogs.
• Strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplier price sheets in Excel, CSV, or PDF and organize data.
• Search products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, or titles.
• Identify correct ASINs and ensure exact product matches (size, color, etc.).
• Load products into internal purchasing system and list on Amazon Seller Central.
• Enter supplier costs, case packs, and product details.
• Flag duplicates, missing listings, and catalog inconsistencies.
• Process large catalogs accurately and efficiently.
