Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented professional to conduct Amazon catalog research and manage product data. The role focuses on catalog accuracy, ASIN matching, and precise entry into our internal systems.

You will work with large Excel spreadsheets, verify product details (UPC, size, color, pack), and ensure correct listing across our workflow. Strong written English and a methodical approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with Amazon's product catalog.
• Excellent research and attention to detail.
• Experience matching products to existing ASINs.
• Ability to work with large Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience processing hundreds of SKUs per day.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
• Excellent written English.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred, but primary focus should be catalog research and product matching rather than marketing or account management.

Responsibilities

• Receiving supplier price sheets (Excel, CSV, PDF).
• Searching products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brand names, or product titles.
• Finding and verifying the correct ASIN.
• Confirming that the product matches exactly (size, color, pack count, images, UPC, etc.).
• Set up products into our internal purchasing system, which then lists the items on our Amazon Seller Central account.
• Entering supplier costs, case packs, and other product information.
• Identifying duplicate ASINs, incorrect matches, missing listings, and catalog inconsistencies.
• Processing large supplier catalogs efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
