Senior Amazon Listing Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Amazon Listing Specialist who will take ownership of the day-to-day health, accuracy, compliance, and optimization of our Amazon product catalog. This role will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving listing issues to ensure our products remain active, searchable, compliant, and positioned for strong sales performance.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience managing Amazon listings and understands how to troubleshoot catalog issues, suppressed listings, stranded ASINs, listing errors, and Amazon compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall health and status of Amazon product listings on a daily basis.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded ASINs, inactive listings, and catalog issues.
- Monitor Amazon Seller Central for account and product-level issues that may negatively impact sales.
- Ensure product detail pages remain accurate, complete, optimized, and compliant with Amazon policies and requirements.
- Troubleshoot listing and catalog issues and work with Amazon Seller Support when escalation is required.
- Review and maintain product titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, images, variations, and other listing components.
- Identify potential compliance issues and proactively address them before they result in listing suppression or account impact.
- Monitor listing status and investigate sudden changes in visibility, availability, or catalog performance.
- Maintain accurate catalog data and ensure consistency across products and variations.
- Support the creation, updating, and optimization of Amazon listings based on marketplace requirements and best practices.
- Track recurring listing issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with the account, operations, content, and advertising teams to ensure catalog health supports overall business goals.
- Provide regular updates on listing health, outstanding issues, resolutions, and potential risks.
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings, preferably in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, and account health.
- Proven experience resolving suppressed listings, stranded ASINs, listing errors, variation issues, and compliance-related problems.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, listing requirements, and catalog structures.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Support and submitting cases or appeals when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or issues quickly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex catalog issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues before they impact sales.
