Job summary

OX Tools in the Philippines is seeking an Ecommerce Category Growth Manager to own and grow assigned Amazon categories, integrating product launches, pricing and promotions, and content strategy.

You will translate data into priorities, manage KPIs such as revenue, market share and ASP, and collaborate with Finance and Advertising to optimize investments and category performance across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in Amazon, e-commerce, or category management roles.
• Proven experience owning commercial performance of a product category.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial performance for assigned Amazon categories.
• Develop category growth plans covering range, launches, pricing and promotions.
• Translate Amazon data into priorities and commercial decisions.
• Own category KPIs including revenue, growth, margin and market share.
• Lead investments and promos in collaboration with Finance and Advertising.
• Ensure catalogue architecture supports discoverability and cross-sell.
