Job summary

Pinoy SEO is seeking an Amazon SEO Manager to own organic discoverability and conversion for the Amazon catalog. You will build a disciplined SEO system, optimize listings with keywords, content, and structure, and reduce reliance on paid ads over time.

You will translate research into prioritized actions across titles, bullets, backend terms, images, and A+ content. Successful candidates drive higher organic visibility and conversions by keeping keyword strategy and metadata current,

Qualifications

• 3+ years Amazon SEO / listing optimization experience.
• Proven ability to increase rankings and improve CTR/CVR.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and operational discipline.
• Experience with keyword tools (Data Dive, Data Rova or equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon organic discoverability and conversion by implementing a disciplined SEO system.
• Translate keyword research and competitor insights into prioritized listing actions (titles, bullets, backend terms, images, A+).
• Collaborate with PPC and creative to align keyword targets, content, and seasonality.
• Maintain and refresh keyword sets, monitor indexing and rankings, and address issues weekly.
