Job summary

ExKaliber is seeking a highly experienced Amazon Account Health & Catalog Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day Vendor Central tasks for multiple brands, with strong focus on catalog accuracy, data integrity, and reporting.

You will work independently, coordinate with internal teams, use 3rd-party tools like Helium 10 or Keepa, and optimize listings, pricing, and Buy Box performance across 10,000+ ASINs.

Qualifications

• +3+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central listings (creating, uploading, editing, troubleshooting).
• +2+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central listings.
• Experience handling flat files, bulk uploads, and master catalog files.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot catalog issues with Vendor/Seller Support.
• Mastery of written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving in catalog/listing ops.
• Excellent task and project management across internal/external teams.
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Vendor Central tasks for multiple brands.
• Report to the Storefront Supervisor and execute priorities.
• Update catalogs using Vendor Central templates and bulk uploads.
• Maintain master catalog files and data integrity.
• Audit catalogs for listing accuracy and availability.
• Resolve catalog issues and escalation handling.
• Manage support cases from creation to resolution.
• Monitor pricing, Buy Box, delivery dates, and KPIs in real time.
• Coordinate with creative teams for content publishing.
• Analyze competitor rankings and market trends for catalog improvements.
• Support new product launches and seasonal updates.
• Oversee promotional events and ad-hoc tasks.
