RemoteVA is seeking a detail-focused Catalog Research Specialist to manage Amazon product data. Work centers on catalog research and accurate product matching rather than marketing.

You will handle supplier price sheets, search Amazon by UPCs, model numbers, or titles, confirm correct ASINs, and input data into our purchasing system, maintaining high accuracy with hundreds of SKUs daily.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Amazon product catalogs
• Strong attention to detail and research skills
• Ability to match products to existing ASINs
• Comfort using large Excel spreadsheets
• Experience handling hundreds of SKUs per day
• Excellent written English and communication

Responsibilities

• Receiving supplier price sheets (Excel, CSV, PDF).
• Searching products on Amazon using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brand names or titles.
• Finding and verifying the correct ASIN.
• Confirming exact product matches (size, color, pack count, images, UPC, etc.).
• Setting up products in the internal purchasing system for listing on Amazon Seller Central.
• Entering supplier costs, case packs and other product information.
• Identifying duplicate ASINs and catalog inconsistencies; fix gaps.
• Processing large supplier catalogs accurately and efficiently.
