Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a detail-oriented catalog researcher to verify products, match ASINs, and manage large supplier catalogs. You will confirm product attributes, ensure accurate matching, and input data into our purchasing system so items appear correctly on Amazon Seller Central.

Ideal candidates excel at researching Amazon catalogs, maintaining exceptional accuracy, and handling hundreds of SKUs daily. Strong English writing is essential; experience with Seller Central is a plus but catalog

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon's product catalog and ASIN matching.
• Strong research and high accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage large Excel spreadsheets and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Research and verify products using UPCs, model numbers, MPNs, brands, or titles.
• Identify correct ASINs and ensure exact product matches (size, color, pack count, images, UPC).
• Enter supplier costs, case packs, and product data into internal systems.
• Set up products in internal purchasing system and list on Amazon Seller Central.
