Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator – Amazon to maintain catalog accuracy across Seller Central and Vendor Central. You will launch products, manage variations, and ensure listings stay healthy. Collaboration with Marketplace and Brand teams is essential to meet loading timelines and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on Amazon experience, meticulous data work, and strong communication. Remote work supports flexible schedules across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Amazon merchandising experience.
• Familiarity with flat-file templates and ASIN creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products on Amazon via flat-file templates and portals.
• Build and maintain parent/child variation families.
• Create ASINs and coordinate with 3P teams.
• Manage catalog health and resolve errors and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers and 3P team for timely loads.
