Job summary
FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. is hiring for a Merchandising & Catalog role in Metro Manila to manage Amazon product listings from creation to optimization.
You will validate GTINs, authorizations, and compliance docs, build listings using flat files and Seller Central, and coordinate with Merchandising and Graphics for timely SKU launches. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in Amazon catalog work, strong US English copywriting, and experience with parent-child variations and net-new ASINs.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central catalog work.
- Experience with catalog matching, child variations, and net-new ASINs/PDPs.
- Strong US English copywriting with light edits.
- Knowledge of GTIN/UPC requirements and variation themes.
Responsibilities
- Research catalog to determine proper creation path (existing MSKU, child ASIN, or net-new).
- Validate GTIN/UPC/brand authorizations and compliance docs.
- Build, map, and submit listings via flat files, bulk templates, and Seller Central UI.
- Write Amazon-compliant titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms; draft A+ Content briefs.
- Coordinate with Merchandising and Graphics teams to ensure timely SKU launches; maintain tracker.
- Handoff live listings to Listing Health team with complete documentation.
