Job summary

Cimpress is seeking a Senior Product Listing Specialist to manage Amazon and other marketplace listings across EU and US. You will handle Seller Central tasks, flat file uploads, and complex parent-child structures, ensuring accuracy and discoverability.

Collaboration with creative and operations teams is required to deliver high-quality product details and listings. Excellent English skills are required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing and improving Amazon product listings within EU and US marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central tasks, such as flat file uploads, and managing parent–child variations.
• Ability to resolve issues with suppressed or stranded listings.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, including keyword research and localization.
• Ability to analyze listing performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with creative and operations teams.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Amazon product listings via Seller Central UI and flat file uploads across EU, US, and other marketplaces.
• Build and manage complex parent-child listing structures to improve variation visibility.
• Track catalog condition and consistency, detect suppressed or stranded listings, address problems promptly.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure complete attributes, accurate categorization, and optimized content.
• Conduct SEO research and localize listings to refine titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, and A+ Content.
