Job summary

Filta, a New York-based e-tail partner, seeks a Merchandising & Catalog associate in Metro Manila to manage Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely launches. You will validate identifiers, build listings via flat files and Seller Central UI, and craft titles, bullets, and descriptions in US English while coordinating with graphics for asset creation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in catalog work, GTIN/UPC knowledge, and proactive communication to prevent listing

Qualifications

1–2 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central catalog experience.
Ability to create/match catalog items, add child variations, and build net-new ASINs/PDPs.
Proactive communication; flag catalog/compliance issues early; strong US English writing.

Responsibilities

Research catalog entries to determine best creation path (match, child variations, or net-new).
Validate GTIN/UPC/FNSKU identifiers, brand authorizations, and compliance docs.
Build and submit listings using flat files, bulk templates, and Seller Central UI; manage parent-child variations.
Write Amazon-compliant titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms; draft A+ Content briefs with Graphics.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Graphics teams to ensure timely SKU launches; maintain the creation tracker.
Hand off live listings to Listing Health with complete baseline documentation.
