Job summary

Emapta Global is hiring an Alteryx Application Analyst to turn audit data into smarter workflows, stronger processes, and scalable digital solutions. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ortigas, offering a competitive salary up to PHP 87,000 and a pathway to growth within an internationally connected services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in IS, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on Alteryx experience required in audit tech or IT support.
• Experience with CaseWare, Power BI or audit/data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Alteryx support for audit teams with CaseWare and Power BI.
• Investigate technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal/external teams.
• Assist planning, development, testing, and implementation of tech solutions.
• Collect user feedback and suggest system improvements.
• Create training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
• Help automate audit processes using Alteryx, Python, SQL, UiPath.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test tools and processes.
• Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis with compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit technology, application/IT support, or a technology-focused role, with hands-on Alteryx experience required
• Proficiency in Alteryx, including building, modifying, troubleshooting, and supporting workflows for data preparation, transformation, and analysis
• Experience supporting application development, implementation, deployment, technology initiatives, and professional automation solutions
• Experience with CaseWare, Power BI, or other audit/data analytics tools; knowledge of Python, SQL, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies
• Understanding of application support, troubleshooting, technology enablement, and data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a proactive continuous-improvement mindset

What You'll Do

• Provide hands‑on Alteryx support while assisting audit teams with CaseWare, Power BI, DocuMine, and other digital tools.
• Investigate technical issues and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve them.
• Assist with the planning, development, testing, implementation, configuration, and improvement of technology solutions.
• Collect user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, process documents, and other support resources.
• Help improve and automate audit processes using Alteryx, Python, SQL, UiPath, and related technologies.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to test and implement new tools, solutions, and process improvements.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
