Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a maintenance helper to support daily upkeep of facilities in Metro Manila. The role covers electrical, mechanical, and basic civil tasks, with attention to safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education, with relevant experience and basic tool skills. TESDA NC II in a related field is an advantage. This on-site position offers opportunities for hands-on work and growth within the facilities team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in regular maintenance and minor repair works to keep facilities safe, functional and well-maintained.
• Perform basic electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Assist in mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Carry out basic civil works such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and repairs.
• Conduct routine checks of facilities and equipment.
• Report defects or repairs that require specialized service.
