Responsibilities

• Install furniture, lighting fixtures, and other fixtures.
• Diagnose issues with machines or infrastructure and determine repair methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance & Repair: Fixing electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and repairing structural elements like doors, roofs, and drywall.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections to identify issues, ensuring equipment operates efficiently, and performing routine upkeep.
• Facility Upkeep: Painting, cleaning, and repairing surfaces inside and outside of buildings.
• Installation: Installing furniture, lighting fixtures, and other fixtures.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with machines or infrastructure and determining the best repair method.
• Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
