Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst to maintain and enhance the AKS-based cloud platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements for reliability and scalability in a fast‑paced environment.

The role offers hybrid work with on-site days in Quezon City and a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–6pm PHT.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
2+ years of hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed.
Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility.
Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Provide on-call support on the assign schedule.
Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday – 9am to 6pm PHT
Work Setup: Hybrid – Required to work on site 3 days per week
