Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst to maintain and enhance our AKS-based cloud platform and related Azure services. You will support deployments, monitor performance, and drive automation to improve reliability.

This hybrid role in Quezon City involves on-site work three days per week with Tuesday to Saturday shifts, 9am to 6pm PHT. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in infrastructure or platform support, hands-on AKS/Docker/Kubernetes experience, and strong

2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
2+ years hands-on experience with AKS, Docker or Kubernetes environments.
Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services.
Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues; escalate as needed.
Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability.
Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support onboarding and deployments.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing; provide on-call support as scheduled.
