Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) is seeking an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst to maintain AKS clusters and Azure PAAS services, and to help enhance cloud infrastructure reliability.

You will perform Tier 2 troubleshooting, support automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor mission-critical workloads in a hybrid on-site setup in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
• Hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
• Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed.
• Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility.
• Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Provide on-call support on the assign schedule
• Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday – 9am to 6pm PHT
• Work Setup: Hybrid – Required to work on site 3 days per week
• Location: Quezon City

As an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure.
