Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) in Quezon City is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Technical Analyst to lead AKS-based cloud services, automation, and security. You will guide infrastructure modernization and collaborate with product teams to deliver reliable, scalable platforms.

You will mentor peers, drive IaC with Terraform, and coordinate CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid on-site role scheduled Tue-Sat. Strong AKS and Kubernetes skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of infrastructure or platform support experience.
• 2+ years hands-on with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with CLI tools and AKS commands.
• Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with APIs and understanding software architecture.
• Good communication skills and potential to lead.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and design end-to-end delivery of AKS-based cloud platform.
• Develop building, deployment, automation, and monitoring processes.
• Configure Azure PAAS services (AKS, APIM, ASE, Event Hub, Logic Apps).
• Manage platform security and access.
• Create and maintain AKS components (Clusters, Nodes, Pods).
• Collaborate on infrastructure management strategy (disk Space, load balancer, traffic manager).
• Design and develop operations support processes for cloud infrastructure.
• Implement tools to support quality metrics and visibility for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentor junior team members.
• Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-5pm PHT; Hybrid on-site 3 days/week.
• Location: Quezon City.
