Qualifications

• Willing to work in flexible hours, shift schedules, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in providing flight quotations and handling inquiries.
• Process change of reservations for flight itineraries.
• Issue tickets through the Airline Reservations system.
• Assist check-in counter agents at the airport.
• Prepare sales reports, weekly availability reports, and daily collection reports.
