Job summary

KamelBPO is seeking an experienced Airline Reservations & Ticketing Specialist in the Philippines to handle flight bookings, ticketing, and passenger inquiries using a GDS.

You will manage inbound calls and emails, create and modify bookings, check schedules and fares, and ensure compliance with airline policies. The role requires strong English, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on airline reservations and ticketing experience.
• Experience managing flight bookings and ticket issuance.
• Proficient with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails related to airline reservations and ticketing
• Create, modify, and manage flight bookings using a GDS

• Create and update PNRs and passenger booking details
• Issue, reissue, and modify airline tickets
• Handle rebooking, cancellations, refunds, fare differences, and penalties

• Follow airline policies, GDS procedures, and ticketing guidelines

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails related to airline reservations and ticketing
• Create, modify, and manage flight bookings using a GDS
• Check flight availability, schedules, fares, and fare rules
• Create and update PNRs and passenger booking details
• Issue, reissue, and modify airline tickets
• Handle rebooking, cancellations, refunds, fare differences, and applicable penalties
• Assist with baggage, seat assignments, and special service requests

About you

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in airline reservations and ticketing

• Strong spoken and written English
