Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a GDS-proficient inbound/outbound agent in Angeles to handle passenger and travel-agent callbacks, bookings, and related inquiries. You will manage outbound calls, follow up on voicemails, and support changes, ticketing, and fare queries using major GDS systems.

The role requires airline reservations or travel industry experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach. Shift work across time zones is expected; work-from-office in Angeles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in airline reservations, travel, or customer service.
• Knowledge of a GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Degree in Business, Tourism or related field.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to passengers and travel agents.
• Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, and pending requests.
• Assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, and ticketing.
• Handle queries related to fares, refunds, baggage, and seat assignments.
• Assist with special service requests such as wheelchair assistance.
• Use the GDS to check and update passenger bookings.
• Provide accurate information and maintain good customer service.
• Escalate issues when required.
• Answer inbound calls from passengers and travel agents.
