Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for travel-related inquiries.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes.
• Process flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings using GDS platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.
