The HIRD- Philippines is seeking a customer service professional to handle flight inquiries, reservations, and changes to ensure a smooth travel experience. You will assist customers with travel-related requests and provide accurate information with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of BPO experience, strong English proficiency (C1) and near-native US English communication skills, with willingness to undergo salary evaluation.
