Amadeus Airline Resolution Center in Metro Manila, Makati is seeking an Airline IT Support Associate to act as the 2nd level service desk for internal and external customers using Amadeus solutions. You will troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex Incidents and Service Requests, coordinating with 3rd level groups as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent and 1–2 years’ HelpDesk experience, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in HelpDesk or equivalent.
• Good English verbal and written communication with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to learn Amadeus products, solutions, and system interactions.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive monitoring and incident logging to prevent problems.
• Respond to customer questions about Amadeus solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Diagnose problems using system and network tools and strive for first-contact resolution.
• Coordinate investigations with expert groups to restore service quickly.
• Provide Account Management services to key accounts with continuous follow-up.
• Activate on-call for escalation of serious issues outside normal hours.
• Provide updates on critical problem status to customers.
