Amadeus is seeking an Airline IT Support Associate to join the Airline Resolution Center. The role focuses on 2nd level service desk support for internal and external customers using Amadeus solutions.

You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents, coordinate with 3rd level groups, and provide timely updates to customers. The role requires a IT/Tech background with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent field.
• 1–2 years in Help Desk or application maintenance & support.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to learn Amadeus products and system interactions.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive monitoring and incident records to resolve problems before customers notice.
• Respond to customer questions about Amadeus Solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze, diagnose and fix problems within defined service levels using the proper tools.
• Coordinate investigations with expert groups to restore service quickly.
• Provide on-call escalation support outside normal hours.
