Job summary

PMS PRIMEPOWER NETWORK INC. seeks an experienced Aircon Technician for a 4-star hotel in Ortigas, Pasig City. The role covers installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort.

You will diagnose faults, perform routine checks, replace components, test refrigerants and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, while adhering to safety standards and communicating clearly with clients about costs.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration units
• Diagnosing HVAC faults with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Performing routine maintenance checks for optimal efficiency
• Replacing worn components including compressors, condensers and refrigerant lines
• Testing and charging refrigeration systems with appropriate refrigerants per regulations
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues in air conditioning units
• Responding to emergency service calls and minimizing downtime
• Maintaining records of work and parts used
• Adhering to safety protocols and best practices
• Communicating issues, solutions and estimated costs to clients

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircon Technician to be assigned in a 4-star hotel in Ortigas, Pasig City. THIS POSITION COMES WITH FREE MEALS AND 2K-3K MONTHLY ALLOWANCE.

Key responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration units

• Diagnosing technical faults and malfunctions in HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and equipment

• Performing routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency

• Replacing worn or faulty components including compressors, condensers, evaporators and refrigerant lines

• Testing and charging refrigeration systems with appropriate refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues within air conditioning units

• Responding to emergency service calls and providing timely solutions to minimise downtime for clients

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used on each job

• Adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times

• Communicating clearly with clients regarding issues, solutions and estimated costs
