Job summary

Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay is seeking a skilled HVAC maintenance technician to oversee repairs and maintenance of hotel air conditioning and refrigeration equipment on site.

You will monitor operations, troubleshoot AHUs/FCUs/WACs, respond to guest requests, and prepare daily activity reports while enforcing energy conservation and Fire & Life Safety policies.

Only candidates with relevant education (College graduate or TESDA) and proven HVAC experience need apply. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• With good communication skills.
• College graduate or TESDA certified.
• Knowledge and experience with airconditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Well verse in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of all AHU's, FCU's, WAC's, Split type Ac and all refrigeration equipment
• Respond to guest complain and request
• Prepare daily reports of the activities done and other important issue that needs attention and action
• Observe and apply energy conservation practices
• Ensure that the Fire & Life Safety is followed and practice at all times
• Perform other duties as directed by the management from time to time
