Responsibilities

• Responsible for repairs and maintenance of hotel air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor operation of the hotel air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of all AHU's, FCU's, WAC's, Split type AC and refrigeration equipment.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests.
• Prepare daily reports of activities and issues requiring attention.
• Observe and apply energy conservation practices.
• Ensure Fire & Life Safety protocols are followed.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

• Monitor and ensure operation of the hotel airconditioning and refrigeration
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of all AHU's, FCU's, WAC's, Split type Ac and all refrigeration equipment
• Respond to guest complain and request
• Prepare daily reports of the activities done and other important issue that needs attention and action
• Observe and apply energy conservation practices
• Ensure that the Fire & Life Safety is followed and practice at all times
• Perform other duties as directed by the management from time to time
