• Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or similar HVAC role.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Familiarity with refrigerants, charging procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Physical fitness to work at heights and in different weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in HVAC (preferred).
• Willingness to ongoing training and commitment to safety.

What you'll be doing

• Installing air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings


• Performing routine maintenance and inspections on existing HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance


• Diagnosing technical faults and problems with air conditioning units using appropriate testing equipment and tools


• Repairing and replacing faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines


• Charging and evacuating refrigeration systems in compliance with environmental regulations


• Testing systems after repair or installation to ensure they meet performance standards


• Maintaining accurate records of work completed, including parts used and time spent on each job


• Responding promptly to emergency service calls and addressing customer concerns professionally


• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations relevant to air conditioning and refrigeration work


• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as an air conditioning technician or similar HVAC role in the trades and services industry
