Job summary

Expeditors Philippines, Inc. in Parañaque is seeking an Air Import Clerk to ensure timely freight movement and accurate data entry, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will track and trace files, manage communications with customers and service providers, and support compliance with OPS and regulations.

Fluency in English, strong organization, and good Excel/Word skills are required. 26 days Work-from-Home per year.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information for Air Import.
• Enter data accurately into operating system and process workflows.
• Track and trace Air Import files and communicate with customers and brokers.
• Maintain compliance with OPS and regulations and improve process efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers and customers.
