Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; logistics/management degree advantageous.
• 0–3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain.
• Air Freight experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per SOP.
• Ensure department SLAs and all KPIs are met as per the guidelines.
• Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
• Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
• Flag challenges in operations to the supervisor and partner promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information for the service.
