Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in air transport as a freight forwarder.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, foreign trade is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate AFR files for assigned customers and ensure accuracy.
• Provide shipment status, documentation guidance, and pricing information.
• Process quotes, bookings, and invoicing with timely updates to customers.
• Identify risks and collaborate with stations to mitigate issues.
• Maintain KPI and SOP compliance and ensure professional customer service.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams.
