Job summary

YUSEN LOGISTICS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking Customer Service Specialists to join the Air Freight business unit.

You will coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and internal departments to support end-to-end shipment operations and documentation. In this role you will handle bookings, schedule trucking and vessel requirements, prepare and submit documentation, and provide timely shipment updates and issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating shipments with clients and carriers.
• Ability to process documentation for export/import accurately.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles client bookings for export, import, and brokerage transactions.
• Schedules trucking and vessel requirements based on customer needs.
• Coordinates and advises on flight schedules for customers and agents.
• Prepares, encodes, and submits export/import documentation (Port, TDM, Yunas).
• Provides shipment updates and responds to client inquiries.
• Liaises with internal offices and processors for proper shipment handling.
