Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation in Pasig is seeking an Aircon Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on restaurant refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

The role requires travel across branches, ability to read PMS instructions, and to coordinate with Store Operations and Repair & Maintenance teams. Valid driver's license and motorcycle are required.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical graduate, preferably Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related course.
• At least 2 years of relevant air-conditioning or refrigeration maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aircon and refrigeration troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Experience with commercial air-conditioning, chillers, or restaurant refrigeration equipment is preferred.
• Able to use basic RAC testing and diagnostic tools.
• Willing to travel and rotate across branches.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own motorcycle for branch support.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled PMS for air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to and complete Job Orders (JOs) based on priority and urgency.
• Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning units, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct temperature and pressure checks, cleaning, airflow inspection, and basic electrical testing.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, filters, refrigerant lines, and other components.
• Identify potential faults, leaks, and breakdown risks before equipment failure occurs.
• Test equipment after repair and ensure proper operation before closing Job Orders.
• Maintain accurate PMS, repair, and JO records.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Repair & Maintenance.
• Escalate work requiring specialized tools, major repairs, or third-party contractors.
• Provide rotational technical support across different restaurant branches.
