Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking an experienced sales leader for an on-site role in Pasig. The position focuses on implementing channel sales strategies for AC products, expanding the nationwide dealer network, and driving revenue growth through effective leadership of the sales team.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in sales, 1–3 years in leadership, and a background in the HVAC sector is a plus. Monday–Friday dayshift; willing to work on-site in Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing, or related.
• 6–10 years of working experience in sales.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role is an advantage.
• Experience in AC or HVAC industry is an advantage.
• Proven track record in channel sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement channel sales strategies to meet AC sales targets.
• Enlarge dealers and distributors network nationwide.
• Supervise sell-in and sell-out initiatives to gain market share growth.
• Oversee overall sales performance and contribute strategic insights.
• Lead and develop the sales team and manage partnerships.
