The Corporate Institute seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to manage SEBI AIF regulations, IFSCA, Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, RBI and KYC/AML requirements across our fund activities, ensuring complete regulatory alignment and robust governance practices for a premier AIF platform.

You will lead regulatory filings, audits, ROC submissions and inspections, coordinate with Trustees, Custodians, fund accountants, RTAs, brokers and banks, oversee investor onboarding and capital calls, and

Qualifications

4–8 years of compliance experience in AIF/AMC or financial services.
Experience in regulatory compliance and statutory filings.
Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and investor onboarding.
Experience coordinating with Trustees, Custodians, RTAs, Brokers, Banks and legal advisors.

Responsabilités

Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA, Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, RBI, PMLA/KYC-AML and other statutes.
Manage regulatory calendars, ROC filings, inspections and audits.
Oversee investor onboarding, KYC/AML, capital calls, subscriptions and transfers.
Prepare compliance MIS, dashboards and regulatory reporting for senior management.
Maintain governance records for Board, committees and shareholder meetings.
Oversee NGO/trust compliance and project monitoring.
