Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior compliance specialist to ensure that the company's processes meet regulatory requirements and to lead the testing of controls. You will review and strengthen the internal controls to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.

Key responsibilities include IRDAI mock inspection reviews, regulatory implementation testing, and timely completion of time-bound compliance monitoring assignments across the organization.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA with 7+ years of experience in audit and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in audit, compliance reviews and testing, actuarial process reviews, and finance process reviews.

Responsibilities

• Compliance KPIs and testing the controls
• Thematic reviews
• Regulatory compliance: review of new regulations and testing thereof
• IRDAI mock inspection reviews and data collation and verifications
• Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels
• Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring
