Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager AIF Operations to lead end-to-end fund operations for SEBI-registered AIF schemes. You will manage NAV calculations, investor subscriptions/redemptions, and regulatory filings while coordinating with Compliance, Finance, Legal and Technology teams.

Qualified candidates will have CA or MBA in Finance and 5–8 years in fund operations, with deep SEBI AIF/PMS knowledge and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) with strong preference.
• 5–8 years of fund operations experience in AIF/PMS or similar.
• Deep knowledge of SEBI AIF/PMS regulations and accounting rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AIF operations including NAV calculation, subscriptions and redemptions.
• Ensure regulatory filings and audit submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate onboarding and inquiries with investors and distributors.
• Liaise with custodians, banks and service providers for settlement and administration.
• Drive process improvements and automation; develop MIS dashboards.
