Job summary

Te Connectivity Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager, AI Value Realisation to scale proven AI solutions across the enterprise. You will lead replication across five pillars and ensure value is realized at scale by coordinating across BUs and Lighthouse sites.

Responsibilities include driving the Kaizen Event circuit, building a network of BU AI Product Owners, and enforcing catalogue-first discipline with measurable adoption and benefits.

Qualifications

• Operational leadership across multiple sites or business units.
• Experience applying Kaizen and lean practices to manufacturing or supply chain.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts for operational audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own replication across the five pillars of ION across sites and BUs.
• Lead the Kaizen Event circuit at Lighthouse sites and ensure catalog-first discipline.
• Build and lead the BU AI Product Owner network across ten BUs.
• Drive adoption and benefits tracking beyond deployment.
• Ensure AI360 catalogue quality and reusable replication packs.
