TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Value Realisation to scale proven AI solutions across the enterprise and drive measurable productivity across all five supply chain pillars and ten business units.

The role requires strong influence without direct authority, credibility with plant and operations leaders, and rigorous tracking of adoption and financial value to ensure value realization across Lighthouse sites and sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, manufacturing or operations (plant or distribution).
• Influence across sites or business units without direct line authority.
• Lean/continuous improvement fluency with structured systems (TEOA, TPS, WCM or equivalent).
• Technical literacy in AI, analytics and data platforms to evaluate feasibility.
• Accountability for measurable outcomes (P&L, productivity or savings).
• Ability to maintain scope boundaries and operating-model discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own replication across the Five Pillars of ION and scale proven solutions across sites/BUs.
• Lead the Kaizen Event Circuit and enforce catalogue-first discipline.
• Build and lead the BU AI Product Owner network across ten BUs.
• Drive adoption and change management, tracking usage and value realization.
• Own AI360 catalogue quality and replication-pack standards for cross-site deployment.
• Report replication and adoption metrics monthly and to Operations SLT.
