Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a senior AI Enablement & Adoption leader to identify and pilot AI use cases, embed AI into processes, and drive adoption across functions. You will collaborate with IT, Sales Ops, and Transformation to build foundational AI capabilities and governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, early wins, and delivering practical training while managing risks and developing the AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in AI deployment, enablement or adoption.
• Strong business acumen and structured problem solving.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Ability to integrate AI tools with CRM, reporting or ticketing systems.
• Understanding data concepts such as data quality and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI use cases and pilot practical solutions.
• Design, prototype and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Embed AI into daily workflows and drive adoption through training.
• Establish lightweight AI usage guardrails and playbooks.
• Partner with Sales Ops, IT and Transformation to roadmap AI initiatives.
