Qualifications

• Must hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• DACE or DDDLP certification is an advantage.
• Experience in AI, technology, training, education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of AI and its applications.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, classes, or professional learning programmes is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate AI concepts clearly and effectively to learners.
• Experience developing training content, courses, programmes, or learning materials.
• Comfortable working with both individual learners and corporate clients.
• Able to develop training content that is relevant to industry and client needs.
• Strong ownership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage both training delivery and curriculum development.
• Willingness to continuously learn and keep up with developments in AI.
• Experience delivering SSG-accredited courses or working within the Singapore training environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI training to individual learners and corporate clients.
• Build, develop, and take ownership of new AI courses and training programmes.
• Ensure training content and delivery remain relevant to learner and client needs.
